Who Is Rui?

I was born in 1967 in Portugal.  My parents immigrated to the Boston area  in the late 70's where I lived until moving to Arizona in 1993.  

My wife Cathy and I moved to Wickenburg in 1995.  Cathy became the General Manager of Rancho de los Caballeros.   Today she is the Executive Director of the Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts. 

My professional career has taken me all over the world installing computer systems at some of the best hotels and resorts in the world.  Most recently I was CIO for a real estate development company where I was responsible for systems in three different countries. 

Today, I am the General Manager at Rancho de los Caballeros.

Over the coming weeks and months, I will be adding more information to the site explaining where I stand on issues that affect Wickenburg and the surrounding community.
